As I am hitting the big 30 in a couple of months I started to notice my body is just slowing down and I have become a winger. My muscles were tighter, my back ached and I needed some relief!
I was first introduced to Elmore Oil when my friend Jess from @abrokegirlwithexpensivetaste started using it to treat her legs after a workout. Jess seemed really impressed by the product, so It was great to finally try it out for myself and see what all the fuss was about.
What did I think:
Like most products results take time and relief from the pain of rheumatism, aka fancy word for any disease marked by inflammation and pain in the joints, muscles, or fibrous tissue, especially rheumatoid arthritis can take up to 14 days.
As I work Monday-Friday in the office, I sit all day at my desk. I tend to get back and neck aches towards the end of the day. Followed by a long walk in my day or fitness class and more desk sitting at night *gotta attend to those emails right* This body is tired.
It took using the product everyday over a good 5 days for me to really notice a difference. The relief the Elmore Oil gave me after my long days has been fantastic, Mem helped rub the lotion into the hard to reach spots, who doesn’t love a little back rub from the man each night!
I really enjoyed using this product on not only myself but my partners back also. As he works outdoors, and his posture isn’t great. Mem said using the oil was a great release of tension in his muscles at the end of the working day as well.
